Terry L. Borst

Terry L. Borst, 71, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She was born Terry L. Dewland on September 5, 1948 in Jersey City, New Jersey. Terry grew up and raised her family in Hazlet  and then settled in Helmetta, New Jersey where she lived most of her life..

Terry was predeceased by her parents, Dorothy (Mett) and John Dewland, and her beloved husband, Richard Borst and her brother, Patrick Dewland. Terry is survived by her loving children, Kimberly Halsey of Newark, New Jersey and Richard Borst Jr. and his wife, Michelle of Easton, Pennsylvania, her sister, Joy Frey, John Dewland and his wife Marilyn and Donna Dewland. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchild, Christian Borst. Terry will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Tuesday morning, January 7, 2020 form 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A service will be held on Monday during the visiting hours.
