Steven M. Zaborowski

Steven M. Zaborowski, 57, of Holmdel, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, November 14, 2017.  Steven was born on February 3, 1960 in Staten Island, New York, where he grew up.  On July 10, 1994, Steven and his wife, Deborah, were married and began their lives together in Staten Island, before settling in Holmdel, New Jersey in 1999 to raise their family.  Steven was also the proud business owner and proprietor of Select Equipment Corp.

He was predeceased by his father, Joseph Zaborowski, and his brother, Joseph Zaborowski.  Steven is survived by his beloved and devoted wife of 23 years, Deborah (Di Leo) Zaborowski, his loving son, Zachary Zaborowski, his adoring mother, Barbara (Uhr) Zaborowski, and his dear sisters, Diane Carber and her husband, Michael, of Hopewell Junction, New York, and Regina Kay and her husband, Jim, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Edith LaMarca, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, John Di Leo, Anthony Di Leo and his wife, Maria, Robert Di Leo and his wife, Blanca, Lora Ferraro and her husband, Robert, Carla Bradley, and Lana Hook and her husband, Dani, along with his cherished God-daughters, Joanna Carber and Isabella Di Leo, and many treasured nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.  Steven will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday evening, November 16, 2017 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, Friday, November 17, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM, and Saturday morning, November 18, 2017 from 8:00 to 8:30 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday morning, November 18, 2017 at 9:15 AM at St. Catharine's Roman Catholic Church, 108 Middletown Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.  Entombment will follow at Holmdel Cemetery Mausoleum, 900 Holmdel Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.  In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Steven to the RAINE Foundation at rainefoundation.com, or, Our Special Place at www.ourspecialplacenj.org, would be greatly appreciated.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
