Shirley A Grote

Shirley A Grote, 74, of Union Beach, New Jersey passed away peacefully at Bayshore Medical Center on July 20th, 2019. Shirley was born on June 14th, 1945 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, and eventually moved to the Bayshore area for work at Revlon in Holmdel. She will be forever loved and missed.

Shirley is predeceased by her loving daughter Michele Grote. She is survived by her husband David Grote, her daughter Danielle Grote, her grandchildren Brandon Carr and Christiana Carr, her sister Diane Evans and her husband Tom, her niece Deanna Evans, her nephew Tommy Evans, her cherished friends Christa and Matthew Weston, Kristin Torres, Coleen Robertson, and Patrick and Diane Gaffney, Beverly and Walt Weston, and her beloved god-child Shannon Gaffney-Stoll.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. In respect to Shirley’s wishes, she will be privately cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
