Rosemarie Ruvolo

Rosemarie Ruvolo, 82, passed away peacefully at Warren Haven Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Oxford, New Jersey on Monday, August 19, 2019. Rosemarie was born on September 3, 1936 in Brooklyn, New York.  She grew up in North Elizabeth, New Jersey. She later resided in Cliffwood Beach and Keyport, New Jersey. In 2017, she moved to Oxford, New Jersey where she remained. Rosemarie was a secretary for “Mechanics Overall Service” in Newark, New Jersey for 12 years before retirement.

Rosemarie was predeceased by her parents, Rose (Marrone) and Frank Rahner, her daughter, Jeanette Hoflund and her brother, James Rahner.  She is survived by her dear and loving daughter, Theresa Belekevich of Florida, her cherished grandchildren, Christy Belekevich, Jessica Belekevich, Dana Belekevich and Nichole Hoflund, and 2 adored great-grandchildren.  Rosemarie is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Rosemarie will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Benedict R.C. Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733, Friday, September 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM. In respect to Rosemarie’s wishes, she will be privately cremated.
