Rosemarie T. (Benessere) Gambino

Rosemarie T. Gambino, 67, of Holmdel, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 21, 2019.  She was born Rosemarie T. Benessere on November 28, 1951 in Brooklyn, New York, where she grew up.  In 1984, Rosemarie and her husband, Frank, settled in Holmdel, New Jersey to raise their family.  Rosemarie was a beloved daughter, wife, mother and grandmother.

She was predeceased by her father, Joseph Benessere and her beloved husband, Frank P. Gambino.  Rosemarie is survived by her adoring mother, Marie (Guaneri) Benessere, her loving children, Catherine Gambino and her husband Mauricio Leal, of Holmdel, New Jersey, Marie Elena Cella and her husband Josh, of Oradell, New Jersey, and Paul Gambino and his wife Chelsea, of Delray Beach, Florida, and her dear siblings, Roy Benessere and his wife Diane, and Nancy Alario and her husband Frank, along with her cherished grandchildren, Frank Carlo Gambino, Nico Leal, Francesca Cella, Michael Leal, John Cella, Andrew Gambino, and one more on the way.  Rosemarie will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Friday morning, April 26, 2019 at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday morning, April 26, 2019 at 9:15 AM at St. Catharine Roman Catholic Church, 108 Middletown Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.  Entombment will follow at St. John's Cemetery Mausoleum in Queens, New York.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
