Melanie Feldman

Melanie Feldman, 30, of Keyport, passed away surrounded by her loving family on April 5th, 2019 at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune. She was born in Edison, New Jersey, and grew up in Keyport, where she has lived all of her life. Melanie graduated from Keyport High School in 2007. Melanie loved all things related to nature, and enjoyed photography.  She often incorporated her love of nature with her photography, taking photos of flowers, birds and butterflies.  She adored her pets, Sasha, Belle and Rico, and especially enjoyed taking long walks with her dogs.

Melanie is survived by her beloved parents Matthew and Georgiana Feldman, her loving boyfriend Nicholas Daugherty, her cherished daughter Leslie Frances Daugherty,  her dear siblings, Jarrett Feldman and wife, Kassey, of Matawan and Valerie Feldman of Cranbury, and her adoring aunts and uncles Debbie Feldman, Linda and Kevin Marcrie, Vincent Stampoulos and his girlfriend June, Steve Stampoulos, and Marigrace Iodice.  She is also survived by her treasured niece and nephew, Savannah Leigh Feldman and Connor James Feldman and her cousins Vincent Marcrie, Joseph Marcrie, William Marcrie, Maria Stampoulos, Arreis and Olivia, Steve Stampoulos, and Vincent Stampoulos. Melanie will be forever in the hearts of all who loved her.

In respect to Melanie’s wishes, she will be privately cremated. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Thursday, April 11, 2019 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Holy Family Church, 727 Highway 36, Union Beach, New Jersey, on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM. For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit www.shorepointfh.com.
