Matthew Edward Hawryluk, III

Matthew Edward Hawryluk, III, 56, of Keansburg, New Jersey, passed away at University Hospital, in Newark, New Jersey on Sunday, August 25, 2019. Matthew was born on October 21, 1962 in Jersey City, New Jersey.  He later resided in the Bayshore area. Matthew worked as a chef in the Jersey Shore area.

Matthew is predeceased by his brother, Stephen Hawryluk.  He is survived by his beloved and devoted wife, Lisa Hawryluk, his dear parents, Linda (Gardner) and Matthew E. Hawryluk, Jr., his dear mother-in-law and father-in-law, Marie and Augie Lopez,  his loving children, Lila Caroline Hawryluk, Abigail Charlotte Hawryluk, and Lacey Marie Hawryluk, his caring siblings, Andrew Hawryluk, and his wife, Rachel, Amy Mocarski and her husband, Brian, and David Hawryluk and his wife, Sandy, and his sister-in-law, Vivian Hawryluk, his cherished nieces and nephews, A.J., Brian, Emma, Tyler, Madison, Charlotte, Ashleigh, and Daniel.  Matthew is also survived by his loyal dog, “Max” also known as “The Cub.” Matthew will be greatly missed, and never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday morning, August 29, 2019 from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday morning, August 29, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 727 Highway 36, Union Beach, New Jersey 07735.  In respect of Matthew’s wishes, he will be privately cremated.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
