Marylyn J. Richner, 79, formerly of Red Bank, New Jersey, presently of Troy, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 10, 2017.  Marylyn was born on September 11, 1938 in East Orange, New Jersey and lived most of her life in Red Bank, New Jersey.  Before retirement, Marylyn worked for the spice company, McCormick Inc., and was also a dedicated volunteer for the Salvation Army for many years.  Marylyn is predeceased by her loving parents, Mary (Zuidema) and James E. Richner Jr., her dear sister, Margaret Trela, and her nephew, Todd Killam.  Marylyn is survived by her beloved brother, Raymond Richner and his wife, Heidi, of Florida, her cherished nieces and nephew, Allen Killam, Amy L. Daniel, Dawn Killam, and Wendy Inscho, and her very special cousin, Jerry Richner McLaughlin, along with many more adored nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, extended family and friends.  She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday evening, October 19, 2017 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Friday morning, October 20, 2017 from 9:30 to 10:15 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Salvation Army service will be offered on Thursday evening during visitation hours.
