Lucille A. Meyer, 85, of Secaucus New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 28, 2017.  She was born Lucille Trombetta on July 8,1931 in Jersey City, New Jersey. Lucille worked as a Head Teller for Commercial Trust and Berardi Check Cashing. Lucille was very active in politics. She was a Democratic Committee woman in Secaucus and a former commissioner of the Secaucas Housing Authority. She was predeceased by her parents, Pasquale and Ventura (Miccio) Trombetta, her son, Raymond Meyer, Jr., her brothers, Joseph and Charles Trombetta, and her sister Anne Pavone. Lucille is survived by her loving children, Frank (Ginny) Meyer of Hazlet, NJ, William (Gail) Meyer of Hazlet, NJ, her brother Pat Trombetta, her grandchildren, Anthony, Gina, Billy, Gerard, Jason as well as her great grandchildren, Madeline and Jason. Lucille will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Visitation will be on Wednesday May 31, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:15 AM on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at The Catholic Church of St. Ann,311 Carr Avenue, Keansburg, New Jersey. Family and friends are all to meet at St. Ann's Church on Thursday morning.
