Kathleen Ann (Curry) Telepun

Kathleen Ann Telepun, 59, of Middletown, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on August 31, 2018.  She was born Kathleen Ann Curry on November 5, 1958 in New Brunswick New Jersey and grew up in Edison, New Jersey.  Kathleen also lived in Red Bank, New Jersey, before settling in Middletown, New Jersey 12 years ago.  For over 25 years, Kathleen worked as a Legal Secretary for Levinson Axelrod Law Firm.  Through her law firm, Kathleen devoted countless hours of volunteer work for the Edison Youth Shelter, especially during the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.  Kathleen was a loving person with a heart of gold.  She was also a lover of all animals, especially cats, which she had many of her own over the years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Doris (Hamilton) and Shamus Curry Sr., her brothers, Shamus Curry Jr. and Michael Curry, and her nephew, Shamus Curry III.  Kathleen is survived by her beloved and devoted companion of over 15 years, Larry Brown, her loving sisters, Susan Jackson and her husband, Robert, of Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey and Patricia Campbell and her husband, Walter, of Gastonia, North Carolina, and her dear sisters-in-law, Linda Curry and Susan Zimmerman.  Kathleen is also survived by her cherished nieces and nephews, Walter Campbell and his wife, Michelle, Michael Campbell, Jed Jackson and his wife, Tammy, Marsha Bosnak and her husband, Jesse, Keith Curry and Steven Curry, along with her adored great nieces and nephews, Jed Ryan Jackson, Kaitlyn Jackson, Aiden Bosnak and Makenzy Bosnak, her previous husband, Michael Telepun, and her treasured furry-friends, her cats, Hoss, Cookie, Obby, and Swiggles.  Kathleen will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  In respect of Kathleen's wishes, she will be privately cremated.  A Memorial Service will be offered on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Wesley United Methodist Church, 5053 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison, New Jersey.  In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Kathleen to the Monmouth County SPCA, www.monmouthcountyspca.org, would be greatly appreciated.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
