Kathleen A. Connelly

Kathleen A. Connelly 64, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at home. She was born Kathleen Connelly on October 19, 1953 in Elizabeth, before moving to Cliffwood, New Jersey where she grew up and had lived her entire life until 2016 when she moved to Hazlet.  Kathleen worked as a medical technology secretary for Siemens Medical Systems for many years before retiring.

She was predeceased by her parents, James J. and Lucille (Fitzsimmons) Connelly.  Kathleen is survived by her dear siblings, James T. Connelly and his wife, Ruthann, of Cliffwood Beach, and Karen Connelly-Black of Hazlet, her cherished nieces and nephews, Edward Black and his wife, Christine, Kelli Benson, Heather Black, Nicole Connelly, and her adored great nieces and nephews, Julia Black, Wyatt Benson, Braden Black, Lucille Cornish and Sean Black. Kathleen will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Monday morning, June 11, 2018 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Prayer Service will be offered at the funeral home on Monday morning, June 11, 2018 at approximately 10:15 AM.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, 360 Broadway, Keyport, New Jersey.
