Joyce C. (Lowicki) Balyk

Joyce C. Balyk, 70, of Keyport, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Regency Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hazlet.  She was born Joyce C. Lowicki on February 17, 1948 in Jersey City, New Jersey and grew up in North Bergen, New Jersey.  Later in life, Joyce settled in Matawan, New Jersey to raise her family and approximately 10 years ago moved to Keyport.  Before retirement, Joyce ran her own Electrolysis company for many years, "TLC Electrolysis by Joyce".

She was predeceased by her parents, Sigmund and Carmella (Rucci) Lowicki.  Joyce is survived by her loving children, Dwayne Javier and his wife, Lisa, of Matawan, New Jersey, Melissa Hokkanen and her husband, Jarno, of South Plainfield, New Jersey, and Edward Balyk of Edison, New Jersey.  She is also survived by her dear sister, Carol Marcelletti and her husband Brian, of Waldwick, New Jersey, her cherished grandchildren, Julia, Aidan, and Kamryn Javier, and Anna Hokkanen, and 3 adored nieces and nephews.  Joyce will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
