John C. Kentzel

    John C. Kentzel, 39, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening, September 17, 2017.  John was born on December 23, 1977 in Staten Island, New York, where he lived during his early childhood years.  A few years later, he moved with his family to Union Beach, New Jersey, where he was raised and lived the majority of his life.  He was predeceased by his mother, Patricia (Severson) Kentzel, and his half-sister, Jessica Severson.  John is survived by his beloved father and step-mother, Carl and Marie Kentzel of Monroe Township, New Jersey, his loving step-brother, Douglas Jorgensen Jr. and his wife, Laura, of Monroe Township, New Jersey, his cherished half-sister, Christine Severson of Staten Island, New York, his adoring grandmothers, Gertrude Kentzel and Rose Rizzo, and his dear aunts and uncles, Carol Crocker and her husband, Tom, Geri Arnone and her husband, Ignazio, and Lisa Buratti and her husband, Giorgio.  John will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
