Jerome P. Quigley, 93, of Flagler Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully at his daughter's home on Monday, March 4, 2019. Jerome was born on March 15, 1925 in Brooklyn, New York, where he grew up and met his beloved wife, Kathleen. On July 6, 1951, Jerome and Kathleen were married and began their lives and family together in Brooklyn. Before retirement, Jerome worked for the New York City Transit Authority in Brooklyn for many years as a Maintainer. Years later, he and Kathleen settled in Flagler Beach, Florida.
He was predeceased by his parents, James and Catherine Quigley, his dear son, Walter Quigley, and 14 siblings. Jerome is survived by his beloved and devoted wife of 67 years, Kathleen (Lambert) Quigley, his loving daughters, Ellen Fiasconaro and her husband, Martin, of Morganville, New Jersey, and Lynn Redman and her husband, Frank, of Palm Coast, Florida, his cherished grandchildren, Stacie Re and her husband, John, Margaret Fiasconaro, James Redman, Deanna Griffiths and her husband, Ryan, Frances Fiasconaro, Kathleen Bono and her husband, Christopher, and Darrell Redman, and 9 adored great grandchildren. Jerome will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Saturday morning, March 9, 2019 from 8:30 to 9:15 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday morning, March 9, 2019 at 9:45 AM at St. Benedict Roman Catholic Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733.
