Edwin Class

Edwin Class, 63, of Middletown, New Jersey, passed away on August 4, 2018 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, New Jersey. Edwin was born on March 10, 1955 in Manhattan, New York, where he grew up. In 1995, Edwin married his wife, Miriam (Millie) (Ortiz) and they moved to Middletown, New Jersey to raise their family. He was an Executive Consultant/Administrator for Village Nursing Home in New York, New York.

He was predeceased by his father, Eddy Class. Edwin is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Miriam (Millie) Class, his loving children, Jacqueline Burgas and her husband, Henry of Port Monmouth, New Jersey, Peggy Class and her husband, Aramis Gonzalez of Port Monmouth, New Jersey, Edwin Class and Thelma Class. He also leaves behind his caring grandchildren, Kayla Burgas, Carlos Ortiz, Kelley Burgas, Sabrina Class, Christopher Class, Rico Gonzalez, Edwin Rinaldo Class and Angelo Carlito Class and his cherished great grandchild, Mia Bella Class. Edwin will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9: 00 PM and Saturday morning, August 11, 2018 from 8:00 to 8:45 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 AM at St. Catherine Laboure RC Church, 110 Bray Ave, North Middletown, New Jersey 07748.
