Tina Marie (Novembre) Gaidus

       Tina Marie Gaidus, 57, of Union Beach, New Jersey, passed away suddenly at her home on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.  She was born Tina Marie Novembre on July 29, 1959 in Jersey City, New Jersey, and grew up in Ridgefield, New Jersey.  On April 20, 1985, Tina and her husband, Ron, were married and began their life together in Ridgefield.  Soon after, they settled in Union Beach, New Jersey to raise their family.  In the summer of 1997, Tina began her own business, ”Tina’s Wieners”, a hot dog cart, which was located on the beachfront in Union Beach.  She served the best Sabrette hot dogs around, which was exemplified in her slogan: “NOBODY does a WIENER quite like “TINA!””  Tina’s family affectionately described her as a truly unique individual, who was loved by everyone she knew.

       She was predeceased by her father, Thomas Novembre.  Tina is survived by her dear mother, Marie Novembre, her beloved and devoted husband of 31 years, Ronald “Ron” Gaidus, her loving daughters, Tiana Marie Jepson and her wife, Jeanette, of Union Beach, New Jersey and Tiffany Jade Gaidus and her long-term boyfriend, Shane Burke of Holmdel, New Jersey, her adoring sisters, Tori Novembre-Vicari of Demarest, New Jersey, and Tracy Novembre and Alison Aplin, of Colts Neck, New Jersey, along with her dedicated nieces, Stephanie Vicari and Mariealena Vicari, and cherished dog, Treasure Bay.  She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
