Mildred Ada (Montgomery) Gage

       Mildred Ada Gage, 95, of Holmdel, New Jersey, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Bayshore Community Hospital.  She was born Mildred Ada Montgomery on April 15, 1921 in Newark, New Jersey, where she was raised.  In 1950, she and her husband, Bob Gelormine, moved to Lynhurst, New Jersey, and shortly after in 1955, moved to Morganville, New Jersey.  She remarried to Alden S. Gage, and in 1961, they settled in St. Petersburg, Florida, where they remained until moving to Chesapeake, Virginia in 1995.  In 2009, she ultimately settled in Holmdel, New Jersey.  She was predeceased by her parents, Norman and Elizabeth Montgomery, her beloved husband, Alden S. Gage, and her dear brother, Norman Montgomery.  Mildred is survived by her loving children, Robert Gelormine and his wife, Marie, of Moyock, North Carolina, and Gail Mocci and her husband, Joseph, of Holmdel, New Jersey, her cherished grandchildren, Frank Mocci, Tina Mocci, Robert J. Gelormine, and Anthony M. Gelormine, along with her adored great grandchildren, Sophia, Olivia, Brenna, Anthony, Avery, and Logan.  She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

      Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday, July 31, 2016, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3269 State Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A prayer service will be offered during the visitation at 1:00 PM.  In respect of Mildred's wishes, she will be privately cremated.
