Michelle Mary Gordon

     Michelle Mary Gordon, 52, of South River, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey.  She was born Michelle Rogers on July 13, 1965 in Newark, New Jersey, where she grew up.  Michelle raised her family in Carteret, New Jersey, and they also lived in Sayreville, New Jersey, before settling in South River, New Jersey approximately three years ago.  She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Margaret (Wolfe) Rogers, and her brother, Wesley Wolfe.  Michelle is survived by her beloved husband, Curtis Gordon Jr., her loving children, Latasha Rogers and Curtis Gordon III, her dear siblings, Gabrielle Wolfe, Brian Wolfe, and Robert Wolfe, and her cherished grandson, Elijah Bey, along with many adored nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.  Michelle will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

     Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A religious ceremony will be offered at the funeral home on Saturday morning, October 7, 2017 starting promptly at 9:00 AM.  Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 1137 North Broad Street, Hillside, New Jersey 07205, at 11:15 AM.  For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
