Enid (Brown) Dahlborg

        Enid Dahlborg, 91, of Matawan, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Thursday evening, May 26, 2016 at her home.  She was born Enid Brown on January 31, 1925 in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England, where she grew up.  In 1942, she moved to the United States and settled in Newark, New Jersey. In 1965, Enid relocated to Wayne, New Jersey, and in 2013, she ultimately settled in Matawan, New Jersey.  Before retiring, she worked as a restaurant manager at Strawbridge and Clothier Company in New Jersey. 

        She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Eliza (Mee) Brown, along with her first husband, Alex Fiore, and her beloved second husband, Joseph Dahlborg. Enid is survived by her loving children, Enid Mattia and her husband, Leslie, of Keyport, New Jersey, and Allan J. Fiore and his wife Roberta of Malta, New York, along with her cherished grandchildren, Jason L. Mattia, Heather E. Mattia, and Alex Fiore. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

        Arrangements were entrusted to the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3269 State Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.
