Eileen Schaeffer

Eileen Schaeffer, 81, of Holmdel, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018.  Eileen was born on June 23,1936 in Brooklyn, New York to George and Marie (Canale) Wade. In 1965 Eileen moved to Staten Island, New York and in 1976 to Tamarac, Florida, before returning to New Jersey and settling in Middletown in 1986. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Marie (Canale) Wade and her beloved husband, Frank Schaeffer. Eileen is survived by her loving children, Arlene Hussien and her husband, Mohamed, of Staten Island, New York, Anthony Mitarotondo and his wife, Pamela of Austin, Texas and Dominick Mitarotondo and his wife, Theresa of Middletown, New Jersey, her dear brother, William Killeen and her sister-in-law, Geraldine, along with her cherished grandchildren, Dina Hazan and her husband, Justin, Adam Hussien and his wife, Anna, Sharif Hussien, Rachel Mitarotondo, Anthony Mitarotondo, Anna Mitarotondo, and Nina Mitarotondo. Elieen also leaves behind her adored great grandchildren, Vincent Hazan, Dean Hazan, Phoenix Hazan, Gabriel Hussien, Carly Mitarotondo and Isabella Mitarotondo. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday, February 11, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday during the visitation hours.
