Eileen Meyer

Eileen Meyer, 70, of Lewisburg, Pennsylvani, beloved wife of Frederick Meyer for 53 years, died at home on Aug. 27, 2017. Eileen was born on November 27, 1946 in Jersey City, New Jersey, where she resided prior to moving to Union Beach. She raised three sons while employed by United Jersey Bank and a member of the Union Beach Board of Education. Eileen and Frederick moved to Dunnellon, Florida in 1990 then settled in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania in 2010. Eileen's favorite pastime was spending time with her family.

Eileen is survived by her sister Patricia Whitney, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, her three sons: Charles and Brenda Meyer of Union Beach, Fred and Debora Meyer of Dunnellon, Florida, and Scott Meyer of Grand Island, Nebraska, 7 grandchildren, Ashley Grandy, Shayna Meyer, Tiffany Hoyos, Justin Meyer, Rebecca Duran, Maria Brazzle and David Meyer, two Great Grandchildren, Nolan Grandy and Hector Hoyos, 8 nieces and nephews including Barbara Branda, Laura Larsen and Cindy McCuloch and finally many great nieces and nephews, including Christopher Branda, Kayla & Dana McCulloch and Nicole Larsen.

Eileen is predeceased by her parents Etta and William Pallister, 2 bothers, William and Dennis Pallister and Vincent Whitney (brother in law).

Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 from  2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM, and Thursday morning, August 31, 2017 from 9:30 to 10:15 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.  A prayer service will be offered at the funeral home on Thursday morning, August 31, 2017 at 10:00 AM.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Keyport. For information, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www.shorepointfh.com.
