February 9, 1924 ~ November 21, 2017 (age 93) 93 Years OldDorothy C. Mooney, 93, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel, New Jersey. She was born Dorothy M. Mooney on February 9, 1924 in Staten Island, New York where she spent most of her life , before moving to Hazlet in 2014. Before her retirement, Dorothy worked as a Supervisor for Mutual of New York Insurance in New York.
Dorothy is predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Elizabeth (Lawler) Mooney. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Donna M. Schubert and Carl Carlson of Hazlet, New Jersey, Arthur Schubert of Wyoming, Gail Hackett of New Orleans, Rod Hackett of New Orleans and her great nephew, John Cackowski and Natalie of Denver, Colorado. Dorothy will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.
