Cynthia P. (Prosper) Mitchell

     Cynthia P. Mitchell, 58, of Sayreville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at University Hospital of Newark on January 4, 2017.  She was born Cynthia Prosper on December 6, 1958 in Roseau, Dominica.  Cynthia worked at Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge, New Jersey.  She was predeceased by her parents, Shand and Roma Jules Prosper. Cynthia is survived by her loving children, Anda Pak and her husband, Suhan, of Jersey City, New Jersey, Ghan (Kenny) Lewis and his wife, Mahlet, of Parlin, New Jersey, her cherished grandchildren, Eli and Ezana Lewis and her dear siblings, Cecelia Prosper, Isiah Prosper and Curtis Prosper.  She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.  

     Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730.
